The woman at the front desk was so friendly and nice, we had a very long trip and were tired when we arrived, and she was just a lovely presence in front.

Most of the staff was pleasant and greeted us daily. Erica and Greely at the front desk were the most helpful and pleasant. Carpet in the room needed to be cleaned, but other than that the room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend to others.

Nice place to stay, convenient location.
Our stay was pretty basic, all our needs were met. The room was comfortable, faucet in bath fell off, Ice machine on this floor was broken everything else worked. Not sure why the room was not made up? She came by on the day we were leaving to make up the room and I said we were checking out so don't bother. Did I miss something? Breakfast ended a little early at 9:30am, would have liked it to go later, selection pretty standard, would have liked the option for bacon (not turkey sausage, yuck).

The clerk was not helpful, Their was four of us in the room,but only three towels. The maid was Spanish did not speak English. I had to go to main lobby for towels. We requested the first floor not available, then the second floor rooms being clean.,So we found out the third floor.Never go their again.

Very dated hotel, not updated at all. I’m sure it was nice 10-15 years ago. They try and get you with a $45 parking fee, but we used the sketchy $18 a night garage across the street and our car was fine, parked it there for two nights $38. If you strapped for cash this will work for you, I recommend spending more and going elsewhere.
