Fully furnished Rv on Lake Fork...carport with slab for parking boat and entertainment. Great for place for fishing a tournament. Located on the West side of the lake. Fishing is awesome right of the back deck. We have a private boat ramp and fishing pier. Great for families or for all those LAKE FORK fishing tournament's. Free Wifi and TV. Sleeps 4. WORLD FAMOUS CANTON TRADE DAYS IS 27 MILES AWAY.

Great getaway
Stayed memorial day weekend. Place was clean and stock with all the amenities needed. Perfect size for 2. AC worked good and kept place nice and cool. Bed was not great but not to bad. Covered patio was nice and shaded with a good ceiling fan and right by the water which allowed us to fish in comfort. It was a great weekend getaway,Well worth the price. We will be back again.

We had a wonderful time! Great place to stay. The RV is very clean and accommodating, and the AC works very well. We cooked out on the gas grill and fished right off the bank - caught 3 bass! We will be back!

What a GREAT place to stay
The unit was neat and clean, had the radio, heat, and fireplace on when we arrived! We enjoyed being able to pull our boat right up behind the unit to be able to keep our boat in the water and the park has such good people in it we never had to worry about our belongings in the boat. This place is affordable and a super nice park with RR/Laundry Room, Game Room to play games. The covered lanai is an added bonus for hanging out or parking your boat/vehicle! Can’t wait to return!

Very pleasant stay, and we'll be back next month.
Very pleasant stay. It was comfortable, and when we had a question about logging on to Netflix the first night, we had to call Kate and she walked us through it and was very nice. We were able to pull our boat right up to the bank outside and get an early start on the fishing tournament. Kate emailed us all the info we might need a few days before our stay. Nice lady. All around good experience, and we'll be back in October.

4th of July
We stayed two nights and had a great time! The property is nice and it’s close to the water, which makes fishing easy. Caught fish too! The air conditioning works great and the trailer is a good size so you don’t feel cramped. We will be back!

My family and I had a good stay. It was overall a good experience. Lake access was awesome. Many fish were caught. Thank goodness the AC works great because it was so hot and humid out. Thanks again for letting us stay in ur cute trailer.

Overall good visit
The RV overall was clean. The air vent needs to be cleaned along with the patio furniture. We felt safe and enjoyed the neighbors in the RV park. Suggestion - to update guest book with location of trash and wi-fi password.

Bass fishing for a great price
Kate's camper worked great for my son & I on our spring break bass fishing trip. My wife would want something fancier LOL, but for the guys it's good. When the lake returns to normal pool you can fish right behind the camper. The covered drive is nice to keep a boat dry. I slept on the hide a bed and was fine. There is a loose bracket underneath. If we return we would stay again!

Superb host.
Met Kate when we got there. She was pleasant and informative. Coffee pot quit and she had us a new one quickly. She cares about her renters. Highly recommend this place.
