I have issues with the cleanliness of my room. It needs a deep cleaning...dusty vents, dirty baseboards, hallway carpet that needs to be vacuumed daily. Small things that make a big difference. Also, why charge $10 per night for a parking lot that is NOT monitored and was reeking of Marijuana for the five days i was a guest. Small suggestion: Consider a magnet that a guest could put on the outside of the door that would indicate if housekeeping services are needed. A guest should not have to call daily for towels, water, etc. Housekeeping did not come near my room unless i called for assistance. This was my first time in Greenville but I'm not new to the Hilton properties. Thanks for reading my review.

Check in took almost an hour because there was a soccer team checking in ahead of us. We ordered food from the restaurant and it took way too long and was not good food.

The hotel and elevators reeked of weed, its ten dollars per a car to park a night in an open lot with no security. At midnight someone banged on our door multiple times ruining our night. We checked out at the front desk a night earlier due to feeling unsafe and dirty from our room. Only to find out the front desk staff didn’t even check us out and we paid an extra $20 in parking we didn’t use. This place is an absolute joke and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The facility was clean and in good repair, but there were few decorations for the season. The staff was a little rigid about an early check-in, wanting to charge a nominal fee of $25.00, rather than letting it be a customary part of a hotel stay.

Dirty, vents disgusting, bathroom had a weird smell, shower curtain on backwards, I’d expect a lot more for $250 a night when we stayed. And charged $10 to park. No better than a comfort inn honestly. Getting really tired of paying more and getting the same or less than cheaper places And what’s the point in complaining anymore, or asking for the things to get fixed. Everyone has so much attitude and doesn’t care. Good luck
