The facility was clean and in good repair, but there were few decorations for the season. The staff was a little rigid about an early check-in, wanting to charge a nominal fee of $25.00, rather than letting it be a customary part of a hotel stay.

Dirty, vents disgusting, bathroom had a weird smell, shower curtain on backwards, I’d expect a lot more for $250 a night when we stayed. And charged $10 to park. No better than a comfort inn honestly. Getting really tired of paying more and getting the same or less than cheaper places And what’s the point in complaining anymore, or asking for the things to get fixed. Everyone has so much attitude and doesn’t care. Good luck

I liked the Hilton Greenville location within the city. It is great! I didn't like the general cleaning of the Hilton Greenville room. It was not as expected.

I didn’t get the room I paid for. I was robbed $253 and all they wanted to do was down size my room majorly and give me an extra day and no refund. Terrible hotel and experience. Never will be here again.
