It was almost 2am and no one was at the check-in door to get us all checked in. We had to ride around to find another hotel. Luckily we went to the Comfort Inn (which is in the same franchise as the Quality Inn), and the young man there kindly got in contact with the guy who was supposed to check us in and we had to travel back there to get all checked in. It was very aggravating and frustrating at 2am trying to get situated to settle in for the night. Very disappointing.

To my surprise this was a nice stay. I just needed a room for the night cause I did not want to drive an hour home at midnight. Room was clean , area was quiet. Staff was nice

Took 30 minutes to get checked in while the receptionist chatted with with her coworker and ate fries behind the desk. Housekeeping broke and stole personal property. GM then did not get back to me regarding this issue and has refused reimbursement.

Not the Best Stay
I'll give you the good news first - the bed was the most comfortable bed I've slept in a long time. We were there for medical reasons and after my procedure I was confined to bed for 24 hours. The bed was amazingly comfortable. However, every time we went into the bathroom, there was at least one really huge bug - water bug?? roach?? It was disgusting. If we had not already paid for the 2 days and if I could have gotten out of bed, we would have left immediately
