Thin walls meant I got to hear the loving in the next room at 4 AM. But a good deal for the price, staff was friendly, breakfast decent as well.

Good stay. Thoughtful staff.
I was in town overnight for a funeral. The hotel staff was very kind and allowed me to return after checkout and use a room to change from my suit to more comfortable clothes for the drive home. I really appreciated that. The was construction on the property during my stay, but that wasn't too bad. The only negative comment I have is that I lowered the room temperature before going to sleep, but during the night it reset to a higher temperature, causing me to wake in the middle of the night, much too warm. A "set and hold" option on the thermostat would solve this problem. Overall, a good stay. And against, many thanks to the staff for letting me come back and change in the late afternoon.

Walls were paper thin, could hear everything in the hallways all hours, walls shook and was loud every time someone closed their door. We checked in after 1am and cleaning staff started vacuuming by our room at 7am making it impossible to sleep. Whole property was under construction but didn’t say it on site prior to booking, would not have booked if I would have known. Room was renovated but done very poorly, toilet seat not fastened down, bathroom roof had water leak marks, tile grout splattered all over bathroom, blinds didn’t fit correctly in the window allowing the sun to beam in room. I would fire contractor doing the work. The only good thing I can stay about this property was the staff was wonderful.

My son and I stayed here for Family Weekend at ECU and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was excellent, property very clean and nicely renovated, with comfortable beds, and in an excellent location.

Room was absolutely spotless & new. Front desk service was great. TV wasn’t working and we called & someone came and set it up immediately. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. We enjoyed our stay & breakfast. An elderly guest roaming the halls with her small dog at breakfast talking to her cellphone in her pocket on speaker made for interesting entertainment. All other guests were smiley and kind.

Dirty and stinky (reeked of cumin and later in the night the hallway was smoky with weed). Tried calling down but they did nothing. Very sketchy area and felt unsafe. People hanging in the hallways. NO elevator. Pool was closed. Breakfast was not as stated. Nothing to drink, just “food” and that’s being nice. Don’t expect much and it’ll be fine. You get what you pay for.
