Whisk away to downtown Greenville in this quaint apartment! Being half of a duplex, you will have your own private access to the unit with a shared driveway. This recently remodeled unit boasts direct access to both ATV and snowmobile trails. In a short walk or drive, you can enjoy all of the close amenities that the Moosehead Lake Region offers! Within walking distance is a well known restaurant (Kelly's Landing), public beach access, and boat launch. This cozy unit also offers nearly direct water access, direct ATV/Snowmobile trail access, and is less than 1 mile from downtown where you can enjoy dining, shopping and more! Local activities include but are not limited to hunting, fishing, snowmobiling, ATV riding, hiking, skiing, snowboarding, cross country skiing, boating, white water rafting, aviation tours and much more! Parking is limited, so we ask that you have no more than two vehicles on the premises during your stay. If you need additional accommodations for trailers or more vehicles, please let us know and we will be glad to assist you. Depending on the season, special rates may apply for rental of both units (East Outlet and West Outlet). Please inquire! This unit is half of a duplex. Each unit has a private entry from the exterior and have keypad locks. You will have private bedrooms, a kitchen, living room and bathroom. Units are not adjoined from the inside.

Loved the decor. For privacy, a blind on door would be great. Location was great. Master bedroom bed was a little too firm for me but might be great for others. Overall nice place

We loved this rental. It was perfect in every respect except WIFI. Don't know what can be done about this but if we needed it for work it would have been very disappointing. We read instead.

Great place to stay while exploring Moosehead Lake
This apartment was well maintained and updated. Everything worked. It is walking distance to the local boat launch and "park" area. It was on the south end of the lake sonwe were abke to drive uo both sides of the lake to look for moose. The owners were available of we needed them, but we didn't need them. Other than some small amounts of dirt on the kitchen floor, the whole place was clean. The two beds in the one bedroom were so stiff and uncomfortable, but the one bed in the other room was much better. The living room, kitchen, and bathroom were all great! The whole place was decorated so nicely. The train only came through 2 or 3 times that we noticed while we were there for a week. (Once in the middle of the night)

Great snowmobiling trip
We have stayed here before and loved it, easy access to the trails and a good location to be in for snowmobiling. The house is clean and very cozy.
