Disappointed for the price that was charged
Didn’t receive a key to my room; due to the door locks were not working. Customer service had to come open the door every time I left my room; which invaded my privacy for me and my guess. No breakfast or attended to setup breakfast. Customer service tried to manage the desk and setup breakfast, which caused long lines and limited service and food. Bathroom door would not close. Again, no privacy when using the bathroom in private.

I had never stayed at a Tru hotel before. The staff members were all very friendly & helpful. What I didn’t like was there wasn’t a coffee maker or microwave in the room. So, I had to get dressed & go to the lobby to get a cup of coffee.

Lights did not work in room. Night darling shade fell down and there was no way to roll it up. They had it wedged in window seal so it would stay up. Bathroom was dirty furniture was nasty. At 2 AM toilet stopped flushing. I literally had to fix toilet myself. I was here with my 95 year old father to bury my mother. A terrible night before the day we would never forget Lobby was filthy

Hot Coffee
Hotel clerk was very accommodating and always had a smile on her face. A few minor maintenance issues with the room but all in all a pleasant stay. Coffee was very hot!
