The hotel accepted out reservation but when we showed up they did not have any clean rooms. They also verified that there is a problem with having enough staff to clean the rooms. Thus, it seems like this is an ongoing problem and they probably know they are only able to rent so many rooms a day given the level of staff they have. Please update your availability so that people who are traveling know whether they will have a room upon arriving instead of being turned away after driving 6 hours!.

The property was the closest to Coffeeville where we went to be with family. The location had many convenient stores and restaurants which was nice. The room was a bit outdated, the bathroom could use some updates. Breakfast was okay, more choices would’ve been nice. Staff was friendly and easy parking.

This property has a long way to go to meet the standard set by other properties like it. The furniture needed cleaning or better yet replacing. The box spring was stained. The hallways were stained. The rest of this hotel was fine, but the rooms and hallways needed cleaning beyond just daily cleaning.

Issues with our recent stay
Dear Hotel Management/Customer Service, I am writing to express my disappointment with our recent stay at your hotel. While our room had comfortable beds with pillows, we had a horrible view that detracted from our experience. Additionally, the remodeling of Shoney's restaurant during our stay caused significant disruption. Furthermore, the breakfast provided was not fresh, which was quite disappointing. To make matters worse, we were overcharged by Hotel.com for our stay. Which i believe Holiday inn is part of Expedia. Due to these issues, we will not be returning. Thank you for your attention to these matters.
