The front desk staff were wonderful so friendly and accommodating Also the bartender and server The hotel was alright but needed some updates A little shabby around the edges The jacuzzi pool looked great but was very cold It looked as though they are trying to save money so cutting back on certain things Staff made it better than it actually was

Great place to stay in Grenoble, quiet area and yet very accessible. Very clean and nice. The staff everywhere (reception, breakfast, housekeeping) were all really nice and helpful with no exception. Will definitely stay here again

Good room, although air conditioning did not work and bedding was for winter - at temperatures of 30 degrees not a pleasant stay. Restaurant and bar were closed and had long walk in to town to eat and drink.

Short stay for a business trip
Nice experience, easy check in process, and a decent size room. Breakfast was 18 EUR a day but it was nothing overwhelming, with not many things to choose from. Nice fitness centre. 5 EUR a day outdoors parking no reservation is required. Area around the hotel was ok, not the nicest.

Very nice and comfortable hotel, nice big bathroom and room was very bright which is a nice change to the rest of the hotels we have been in during our Europe trip. The room had a tea/coffee station as well as a fridge which is also bonus. Free parking was quite easy so didn't have to pay for the underground. A bit of walk to anything of interest but definitely walkable.

Very overpriced, restaurant disappointing
The first room I had, did not have windows that could open. the fan did not work in the bathroom and there were no windows in the bathroom. It was a very claustrophobic room. The moved me to another room, however it was very hot and the air con did not work at all and I was told that the reason was that it was the Autumn - they clearly have turned it off to save money. The restaurant was awful ( a local restaurant also said he had previous customers saying the same). The salmon I had was very dry and overcooked with cold vegetables tomatoes and courgettes mixture. The reception and breakfast staff were friendly though.
