Quick checkin and we were unpacked and enjoying the hot spa. Room was great, clean and spacious. Had a lovely dinner at the on-site restaurant. Enjoyable stay.

Sad and run down; no sense of guest care. Bed is stupidly soft, lumpy and clearly needed replacing many years ago. Felt deceived in what was described when I booked it. Not happy at all!

Everything was great except one side of the electric blanket did not work. Unit 18. Advised reception clerk when handing key in, so hopefully it has been changed. I would easily stay here again.

On the main road but not busy. Very easy to find. The room was comfortable and clean.

there was no microwave, no tap in the kitchen, even they didn’t give us milk on 2nd day, no warm water in the bathroom, it was too cold or too hot, bed was not comfortable at all, i will no recommend to anyone.
