This farmhouse is a ground level semi-detached house on the outskirts of the town of Grignols. Périgueux is about 25 km away, Bergerac and its world famous wineries are about.30 km away. The house is next to an old water mill and you can hear the relaxing sound of the running water from the garden. The garden is private and has beautiful views over the open countryside. The town market in Grignols with a bakery, store and two bars/restaurants is about 1 km away.

Points faibles : salon cuisine hyper sombre Équipement Cuisine un peu’ limité à mon goût 1 transat cassé Toile cirée très très usées sur 1table extérieure Pas de wifi Cours d’eau = maison un peu humide = moustiques 2 Lits 140x190 Points forts : Le jardin/parc avec de beaux noyers. Petit Bourg de Neuvic avec toutes les commodites. Les chambres restent fraîches l’été Très propre Annonce peu descriptive, peu de photos ce qui amène mes commentaires

charmant et paisible

Propriété paisible près d'un cours d'eau. Nature et fraîcheur. Les équipements sont simples mais corrects, peut-être un peu sous dimensionnés pour 6 personnes mais cela n'enlève rien au charme de cette sympathique bâtisse et de son agréable jardin.
