Nice Apt In Front Of The Marina In Grimaud

Welcome to Grimaud. I welcome you in my beautiful 40 square meters apartment located just in front of the marina, offering you a view on the port from the mezzanine. It is ideally located near the marina of Port Grimaud (7 min walk) and the beach (14 min walk). The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. Grimaud, the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, is also the small Venice of Provence, nature and walks. Very good stay to you :)

## Logement
Located in Grimaud, the apartment is charming, spacious, bright and has a nice living room area with a TV and a sofa, a fully equipped kitchen and a nice bathroom. There is a bedroom with a double bed, a mezzanine with a stork bed (2 single beds). The house also has a BALCONY which will be very appreciated in summer to meet with family or friends around a meal!
You will have everything at your disposal to spend an excellent stay: Garage, Coffee machine, Microwave, Television, Iron, Hair dryer, Washing machine.
I put at your disposal cards of coches FREE OF CHARGE, they are the small boats which allow you to move in port Grimaud and to go to the beach! You will be able to enjoy the coches just down from the apartment between 10am and 8pm!
Nature lovers ? Enjoy a nice walk to discover the fauna and flora, but also the Pont des Fées. For golf lovers, the Palmeraie mini golf course is a 10-minute walk away. For activities, the Azur Park is a 20 minute walk away and the Grimaud Karting Loisir is a 4 minute drive.
The area is very popular with locals and tourists, so don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I'll be happy to share my favorites with you!
Bars, restaurants and shops are nearby. A VIVAL supermarket is located 500 m from the accommodation.
