I took my son to TAS for a quick little get away and this cute little resort village was a fun place to stay. The food at the bistro was nice and the bakery excellent. They have a good range of activities to keep you entertained while you are there.

The staff were very helpful & friendly except for one young lady behind the bar who obviously is not cut out for hospitality & should find a new career quickly. Everyone else couldn't do enough for the customers.

Chalet is in dire need of renovation. Peeling paint, chipped tiles, broken taps, no heating upstairs, fridge that had no door shelves and froze everything despite adjusting the temperature. Very poor value for money.

Room loked very 'tired'. Furniture heavily soiled and broken (piece of plywood under the cushions on the couch to prevent sinking to the floor when sitting ). In three days no room servicing was provided i.e. towel replacement rubbish removal etc. Sealing in the shower needed replacing and mould removed, water leaked over the whole bathroom floor when showering, in summary the room felt quite 'dirty' and unloved. Positives were the staff in the restaurant were very nice, the actual restaurant was tidy and welcoming, the food was very good. We have been to this establishment about 6 times over the last decade and had noticed a downward trend in the conditions of this facility, but it has escalated alarmingly in the 3 years since we were there last.

Property is getting a bit long in the tooth and needs attention to minor maintenance details which are very important to overall impression. Leaky tap washers, and tired interior fittings detract. Restaurant and most facilities are excellent. Overall position and general ambience good.

The Balcony area was un-clean, and seating was dirty. We were very disappointed with the golf course being unplayable to an acceptable standard. Having stayed there before we really enjoyed the golf course. This was one reason that we booked in again. The Buffet breakfast was overpriced.

Property is very outdated, the villa we stayed in was extremely cluttered. Globes in bathroom light were not working. Limited options for cooking (microwave only) with only one restaurant. Wifi and internet access basically non existent.
