Because booked through Hotels.com you get a B room, 3th floor, no fan when 30C and windows cannot open because of heavy traffic and noise untill 02:00 am, traffic start at 05;30. Complaining at owner useless as we should have booked directly. Shamefull! At check-in no info about location room and no ventilation, very concentrated on money, guest is not important. Afterwards calling me in the car that my CC was invalid (had to pay 2x coffee) not waiving this as compensation, eager to get money, as my CC is valid it was again an internal mistake. Was second stay, never again.
