Nice property for the money, strongly suggest you pay the extra and stay at the Bay Garden hotel across the lot.....the Bay Garden Inn has NO restaurant, NO bar and you have to go next door to even get a pool towel. Otherwise, it was ok.

The Inn is nothing more than a side of the road motel. My room faced the parking lot which was horrific, cats and cars where the view. Seems like it was a spare room. There were no outlets for my asthma machine, the bathroom tub and sink was stained and dirty. I asked to moved to the hotel which was a little better the next day. My initial night was very disappointing due to the condition of the room.

I loved the authentic island field of the property and the friendly staff. They were very hard working and accommodating. My only gripe is that they weren’t always organized. My dad was assigned and incorrect room and had to wait over an hour to get a new one. My phone didn’t work in my room, but these were minor hiccups. I still enjoyed my stay
