The food was terrible. Recycling whatever wasn’t eaten for breakfast and used again at lunch. The drinks were served in dirty plastic cups and were made with more water than liquor.

Our third visit to this property and it delivers everytime. The staff, the food, the activities, turn down service, tea time, private beach, daily spa treatments. It’s truly a gem in the Caribbean. I hope to be back again next year.

I had an amazing time at the Body Holiday. The community there (both Staff and guests) is amazing, the food is delicious, the activities are very fun. I have nothing but great things to say about the Body Holiday. The longer you can stay the better. Note: Due to the wellness aspect of the Body Holiday you are encouraged to “unplug”. There is limited to no WiFi connection at the resort except for within the rooms and in the reception area. Good to keep in mind in case you are looking to work from the resort. Most people, however, welcome the opportunity to be disconnected.

The rooms were spotlessly clean, no mildew smell which can be common in the tropics. Staff stay for many years which tells you that it's managed well and their people are treated well. I never had a bad meal. Always healthy options but if you crave pizza, it's all there. The ocean is turquoise and calm. No loud music by the pool. Super relaxing. Spa treatments were amazing. Every type of water sport or fitness class is included, or if you want to quietly read a book. Something for everyone. I will go back!

Loved our stay at the Bodyholiday. Our room was incredible. Most amazing views. The staff was cordial and efficient. A perk we loved was the inclusive spa treatment daily. The aloe Vera wrap was incredible after so many days in the sun. We will definitely be back. This resort is perfect for a relaxing getaway or romantic honeymoon. The cons were that there isn’t much of a night party life, but it also helps keeps the zen vibe. Also it’s 1hr away from the international airport, but so are all the bigger resorts.

I loved the fact that you can get massage therapy every day. There are physical activities all day long available. All the staff members were welcoming and polite. I will definitely go back.
