The Pelican # 3 is an Elegant waterfront townhouse/condo situated in Rodney Bay, Pelican Point # 3 is situated in the townhouse development of Pelican Point with it's own small private plunge pool. Fully appointed 3 bedroom 2.5 bath waterfront townhome in the heart of Rodney Bay.

This townhouse has a spacious ground floor which comprises the open plan kitchen, dining, living room and open air patio. The dining room is beautifully appointed with seating for 6 and adjoins the spacious living room, which is also well equipped with Smart TV. The space is cooled by either the wonderful sea breezes off the marina or the central air conditioning and ceiling fans. This ground floor opens out onto a waterfront patio and a small private plunge pool, ideal for scenic breakfasts or sundowners. Take in the view from the patio is of the Rodney Bay Marina with its beautiful array of luxury yachts and sailboats, along with jumping fish. The kitchen is well equipped with a laundry room for your convenience along with a small powder room nearby. A small office is also situated on the ground floor which is the ideal private workspace.

Please note: A waiver must be signed for any children under the age of 12, as the property is located on the marina waterfront with no fencing and direct access to the boating dock.
