Beautiful condo in Villas on the Green, luxury gated community, overlooking the greens of the St. Lucia Golf Course. The 2-story villa dubbed 'Little Landmark' is bright and spacious, 1440 square feet, with plenty of room for 4 people to relax and play. Awaiting you is a fully-equipped modern kitchen, colorful locally-made furniture, private patio with splash pool, large communal pool—and, of course, beautiful beaches! There are 2 roomy bedrooms, The master with a queen bed and The guest room with two double beds., each with its own full bathroom, AC, and locking door with separate key. Ideal for two couples vacationing together.

The Little Landmark Villa is close to several of St. Lucia's many gorgeous beaches: Reduit Beach near town, (20 minute drive), and, Rodney Bay beach on the Caribbean seaside near the Sandals Resort and beautiful historic Pigeon Point National Park.(10 min drive) Enjoy sun-filled, lazy days on the shores of the Caribbean side one day and windsurfing lessons on the Atlantic side the next!

Excellent, secluded location with an engaging owner
This property is just as advertised. Spacious for a family of four (could easily accommodate six). Located on a golf-course and away from the busy area of the town. This also means that you need to have a car to get around, including food. The roads leading to the property could be a lot better. Google, clearly has not done a good job investigating the actual ground situation. Google Maps always lead you to dead ends, dirt roads or worst - houses while looking up this property. Do NOT rely just on Google Maps. Get assistance from the property manager. The owner, Kevin, is a very helpful and responsive person. He even organized a taxi for us as our rental car reservation was not confirmed until we landed. Overall, place for a nice relaxed get away.

Great stay at Little Landmark
The property was just as advertised online. The communication with the owner and property manager was excellent. Our villa was clean and we enjoyed the pool on property. Our only complaint was the washer/dryer wasn't working properly. The noise coming from the dryer was so loud and definitely needs repair. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Very enjoyable stay at Little Landmark
This was our first return to St Lucia for 6 years. The villa is in a great location on the Cap Estate, the development is secure and feels safe at all times. It benefits from a delightful communal pool which is not too busy. The villa itself has a small plunge pool which is great for children. Little Landmark is bright and airy, the beds are very comfortable and overall it offers good value for money.

Beautiful location - slow resolution of a cleanliness issue
We are experienced travellers to St Lucia, and have stayed at other Villas in the same complex previously. Family members owned one of them for many years. Unfortunately Little Landmark is now very dated and in need of modernisation. Upon our arrival there were issues with an active rodent infestation, including droppings in the beds and kitchen. The property management company eventually dealt with it but only on day 4 of the stay. We were responsible for throwing the dead rodent out and it was not good having young kids in a property with rat poison. The owner never engaged with us at all, however we appreciated the property management company gifting us a family dinner at a local restaurant. The shared facilities including pool and gardens are great. We love St Lucia and had a fabulous trip, just a shame that the initial days were impacted by visiting mice!

FABULOUS SPOT!
Fantastic location in Gros Islet (Pitons are a long drive or quaint sail away just FYI)! Fabulous property is exceptionally private and calming with beautiful clean grounds and pools! Unit is fully loaded with amenities and very roomy with great AC for nighttime sleeping if you need that. St Lucia is exceptional and highly recommended for all ages! Must check out the Naked Fisherman for a beachfront and delicious meal!

There are definitely pros and cons of this rental. None of which were absolute dealbreakers but there are a few things that travelers should be aware of. Pros Comfortable beds and a nearly empty pool every day - we had no problem getting loungers and private time in the pool every day. All needed cookware Price point is reasonable Close to Rodney Bay Marina and excellent restaurants Kevin was easy to reach during the booking process and there is a local representative (Shanta) who was responsive whenever we had questions. 24 hour security/gated community Cons Wifi is spotty Being on a golf course means lawn maintenance is happening early in the morning (7:30-8am) They are building an apartment complex nearby (as of Dec 2023) that means you have nearly constant drilling/pounding/truck noise during the daylight hours in the distance - it was quite distracting at times. Stairs to the bedrooms are steep and have no railing - no pictures are in the listing - but it is worth noting for those with small children/elderly. I was traveling with my mother who is 3 mo. post op from a knee replacement and it was challenging for her to navigate without a railing. Unit is clean and welcoming but could use some updating - multiple cabinets are not tracked right and the dryer is loud - sounds like something is off in it. I did mention this to the property manager so she did say she was going to look into these things.

Stay at Little Landmark villa
The Villa is located in a gated community, the gate is manned 24hrs. The Villa was pleasant with 2 good sized bedrooms both with en-suite, one with balcony. The view was beautiful and grounds/pool well kept. We only saw one other family using the pool in the 10 days we were there. The only thing that would be an improvement is if there was air con downstairs. Alexander from the property company was waiting to let us in on arrival and checked in with us/was attentive throughout our stay. The Villa is not really within walking distance of town but we had a car so it was not an issue, Rodney Bay with a supermarket & nice restaurants and Redduit Beach only 10 minute car ride away, we had breakfast a couple of times at Sandals which was very nice. Having visited Soufrier & Castries, definitely think Rodney Bay Area the nicest. People in St. Lucia were very friendly, it’s not cheap so bring adequate spending money to ensure you can enjoy activities on offer. Our flight home was a late one and the owner kindly allowed us a late check-out which was much appreciated.

Landmark - St. Lucia
A great location, away from the hustle and bustle of the many areas closer to the bays and beaches. Just what we were anticipating. Working with Kevin, the owner, and the property management team was seamless. One downsize was the internet was not working when we arrived, but was taken care of the next day. It went down again, over the week-end, The provider told property management to just re-boot it. I did do that but am usually reluctant to try any "fix" on systems that I do not control with my purse strings. Only thing we missed was having a BBQ grill.

Fabulous villa in great location
The villa was beautiful and the location second to none. There were a couple of minor issues when we arrived but Zaneia and Anthony (property management company) sorted them out very quickly. All in all a great place to stay and I would love to return. Communication with Kevin, in the run up to our stay was also excellent.

Beautiful clean villa with fantastic views!
Very clean and comfortable house stocked with all the amenities you need, especially the kitchen. Debbie, the local representative, was very helpful and informative and was a lovely person to deal with. The complex is safe, quiet and the grounds are very well kept with friendly security and staff. Would recommend renting a car in order to get around and see the beauty of the island. We used Sean from Cosmopolitan Car Rentals on Kevin’s recommendations who were excellent to deal with. They also provided our airport transfers and had our car waiting at the Villa. We really enjoyed our month stay at the Little Landmark and would return again. Thank you Kevin for allowing us to use your place.

Peaceful
Lovely view and gardens. A good pool to swim in at the end of the day. The house could use sprucing up. The sofas and kitchen cabinets/counter and appliances are really aged. The layout is very good for 2 couples. We loved eating outside for breakfast and dinner. Debbie, the manager, was super helpful, cheerful and prompt to handle an issue that came up. I’d go back if there were a few renovations to update things.

Excellent value for the price
Property was clean and spacious; definitely recommend a car to get around to beaches and so on. Nice views over the golf course, and community pool area was empty on the rare occasion we used it. Can see that there are things they are working to improve and upgrade within the property. No issues with ants in the kitchen, which is great! Highly recommend if you are looking for a reasonably priced stay in a secure area.

Beautiful villa in a prime location
We had a lovely stay here on the week of our wedding. The villa is beautiful, with incredibly tranquil views from the master room and the living room. We felt very secure there with friendly security and staff. We would like to return in the near future.

Perfect base to explore St Lucia from. Can’t recommend highly enough.
A wonderful villa exactly as described. We’re a family of 5 and the villa was perfect for our needs. Debbie was amazing and made some great recommendations and Kevin was always on hand to answer questions before we arrived. I’d suggest a hire car is a must, this allowed us to explore all of the places we wanted to check out and Little Landmark was perfectly located to do all of this from. We used the municipal pool every day either before or after the beach and our children loved it, nearly as much as they loved sitting in the small pool on the back garden to cool off. Can’t recommend this villa highly enough and absolutely nothing negative to say at all.

Lovely villa had everything you need and the fly screens were a lovely surprise!
The villa is lovely equipped with everything needed, the grounds and swimming pool are very well kept. The only slight niggle was the water pressure in bathrooms but having visited many Caribbean islands that’s not unusual and we never ran out of hot water. Everything ran smooth with the booking, arrival and departure. I would highly recommend the property, very safe, secure and well managed and after a hectic day it’s a quiet oasis to return to. We had a late return flight and the villa was booked after us so Kevin recommended the Harbour club in Rodney Bay where you can purchase a day pass, which made for a perfect last day. We used Cosmopolitan car rentals on Kevin’s recommendation, they also provided our airport transfers, excellent service.

Beautiful island and villa
Four of us stayed here 31st January to 11th February 2019. Kevin was always helpful and quick to respond, from enquiry to post booking. The villa is beautiful, in a lovely location and the St Lucian people are very friendly and welcoming. We chose Little Landmark at Villas on the Green as we were in need of a quiet, relaxing, self-catering holiday, spending time in the pools and on the private patio. The description and reviews were great and if you are out each day exploring and spending days on the beach, as per the previous guys’ February review, you will enjoy your stay. Unfortunately, our experience was spoilt by the current redevelopment of the golf course next to the villa. They were working 6 days a week on the land and holes opposite Little Landmark and heavy plant machinery was passing along an access track on the course, adjacent to the garden, patio and pools. When we spoke with the overall Condiminium Manager, her understanding was the work is likely to take 18 months in total, but she does not have a schedule. Although the ongoing development is out of any villa owners’ control, I do believe we should have been made aware before our arrival, that there was the possibility of some construction work on the course. I also think a temporary note on the website’s advertisement/description would be a good idea. If the access currently in use changes, or the work moves further away from Little Landmark, the situation should improve. There are some beautiful beaches close by if you want to spend your time there. You will need a car or taxi, as the nearest walkable beach at Cas en Bas has an issue with large mounds of Sargassum seaweed, both on the beach and in the ocean. This is an ongoing problem along some Eastern shorelines of the Caribbean and North America. As previous guests have mentioned, if you shower after lunch on a lovely day the water is warm, but even when it is sunny the water is cold in the morning when you get up. After the first few days we reported the cold water to Debbie, Kevin’s Manager and she came and resolved the situation. Initially we had hoped the noise and disruption on the golf course would improve after a couple of days. When it did not, we complained to Debbie who contacted Kevin. We were not offered the option of moving, but compensation was paid immediately on our return from holiday.

Just Loved it!
Thanks Kevin for the opportunity to enjoy your beautiful condo. Once we arrived after a long day of travel your place was a breath of fresh air, Deb met us at the Marina and followed her up a windy road in the dark and was very happy when we saw the condo and complex. By the way Deb is a rock star, such a nice lady great to have her there if any problems. I thought maybe I made a mistake booking a place not on the water but up in the mountains but after a day of fun and sun on the beach or on a boat tour or experiencing the entire island it was nice to get away from it all Villas on the Greens. We cooked in a lot, great grocery store Massey close by but the one in Rodney Bay at the mall was the best. The beds where great, the kitchen was great everything was great love this place and would be back, nowhere else I would go , and we went everywhere on the island and saw a lot of resorts but Villas on the Greens is our kind of place. Very clean as well and my wife is very fussy about that kind of stuff and it got 5 stars on that subject. The only negative and it is really not a negative is the water never gets hot, it is solar powered so in the afternoon it is the hottest and mornings are cold but got good at 2 minute showers plus it is hot there all the time so it really is no big deal. Try the naked fisherman for lunch and dinner, it is amazing on the beach in a private cove, unreal and Reel Deal Boat tours to the Pitons, mud baths, they take you everywhere and are just so fun, find them at Pigeon Island beach , the best time, beers and Rum on the power boat is great as well. Thanks again, we will be back.

A beautiful place to stay!
Our family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Little Landmark. The villa had everything we needed to make our visit very enjoyable: a nice living area where we could play games in the evening, a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful pool area, and proximity to Rodney Bay where we spent most of our time on the beaches. Kevin was in contact with us before our arrival in St. Lucia and was very informative about the area. Debbie was fantastic - she met with us late on Christmas Eve to ensure that we had arrived safely and had everything we needed. She made recommendations for activities we might enjoy and took the time to chat with each of our children.We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone!

Great spot for our needs
We stayed here this month, Oct 2018, and it was a very nice home base for our trip to St. Lucia. The Pros were; location-it was close to Gros Islet and Rodney Bay with grocery stores, etc, privacy- we felt like the only people staying in the villas and had the pool completely to ourselves. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was a huge plus. We would have been way too hot otherwise. We liked having the plunge pool to cool off without going to the larger pool. Debbie was awesome. She was very kind and made herself available to us. We loved having a washer and dryer in the unit as we were traveling with a baby and needed to do a few loads while we were there. Great! The Cons were; there were a few maintenance issues with the villa, nothing horrible, but there was a leak in the ceiling of the downstairs bathroom, the screen leading to the back deck was in disrepair. We got eaten by bugs in the evening as the screen wasn't attached in several places and so the bugs came right in. We couldn't close the door as it was simply too hot to close everything up. My recommendation would be for the owners to add screens to the downstairs windows so that you could open them up in the evening to catch a cross breeze and to replace the sliding screen to the deck with a complete new solution. That was really the only disappointing thing about the villa, once the screening issue is repaired I could recommend this villa to anyone and everyone. It was a great place and we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful clean perfect holiday villa
I stayed here in October 2015 with 5 of my friends and the villa was perfect. Jacuzzi in the back porch is so nice. Pictures don’t do justice, the kitchen is fully functioning, we cooked everyday. I would highly recommend this villa. It’s in a gated community with security at the gate 24hours so it’s super safe especially as we were coming home late at night. We hired a car to get us around to the strip in Rodney bay. I am looking to book this villa for another trip in 2019. They were building a pool for the community in 2015 and so I’m sure it’s finished by now. It has great views too. Love it

Spacious villa - great for families
Our family enjoyed our two week stay at Villas on The Green (Little Landmark). The villa and amenities were well maintained and exactly as described. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. Everything that we needed was available. The linen supply was more than sufficient. Beach towels, bath towels etc. The clothes drying rack came in very handy. The only (minor) issue that we had was, the patio screen-door was not in the best shape and had to be handled with care to avoid further damage. We rented a car since we were familiar with the island and the roads. The villa itself is in a quiet location, about a 10 minute drive to grocery stores, Reduit Beach and the Rodney Bay area which is the hub of tourist activity in the north. Debbie, the villa manager was amazing. The security staff were pleasant. We felt very safe and would definitely consider staying here again.
