It opens up to a private patio with informal dining space, a stretch of manicured lawn and a great vista of the famous Rodney Bay Marina. Also on the ground level is a fully equipped kitchen, as well as laundry room and powder room. Upstairs, the 3 bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and include a master bedroom with ensuite bath and two bedrooms which share a bathroom. The 3rd bedroom is small and is ideal for children as it has 2 bunk beds. All units have access to a large communal resort pool.
This townhouse unit is excellent for a family or for those wishing to explore by foot and stroll from beach to bar to shopping and back home again.
