The outside of the building appears to be in very good condition. It looks nice when you pull up. The parking lot is not the cleanest, but it’s not overrun with trash. However, once you go inside, you will notice things like blood stains on the wall ceiling falling in with holes in it. The room was disgusting. The linens on the bed were clearly stained yellow somebody had cooked in their prior to us coming in, so it smelled like old food, the cooktops were not clean. They were filled with grease and the electric range. Top pieces were missing. The wallpaper was peeling. There was extensive mold in the bathroom and it was just not a place that I felt comfortable spending the night so I slept on the couch with a sheet that I had in my car. The rooms did not look like the picture the microwave was on a sagging shelf, so it was almost sideways. I did leave a review on Google reviews under my own name with pictures of it, but I would not stay here again even if I was paid to do so

I cancelled early morning on arrival day and was told there would be no refund on a weekend that he could have easily rented for more then he charged me. He most likely did rent the room because I told him I would not be able to use it.

Front desk person was ambivalent to me. Understanding it was 11 pm when I checked in but he seemed upset to be there. Elevator smelled like moth balls. Room was spacious and heat worked fine. For a 1 night fine but probably not longer. Also sheets were stained and blanket had holes.

Overall the experience was good the place did have dirty shower curtains and one stained towel the hallway did have a distinct smell and the shower head could use work overall the place could use good renovations but not bad for the price you get what you paid for

The property is a little dated, but the room was HUGE, clean, shower was hot, bed was comfortable. There was a nice L shaped couch we both could stretch out on after a long day of travel. There was a tv in the living area and the bedroom area. Parking was free. The staff was friendly, maybe family owned. Mystic is a 10 min drive w lots of dining options. Hotel had similar reviews as other properties in the area at a fraction of the price, would stay again!

It was ok. The rooms were clean but really outdated and some outlets didn't work and a light did not work. Location was quiet. It is ok if you want to stay for an inexpensive room but not expecting extras like breakfast. Family who owned was nice and treated us well.

The room was very spacious which worked for our stay because during part of one day there were four women getting ready for a wedding. The two queen and pull out sofa was appreciated because two of three of the nights we were at the hotel there were three adults. The holes (cigarette?) in the mattress pad and two of the bed covers were discerning. Only had two towels in bathroom despite booking for three people. Staff gladly gave an extra towel but there were black markings on the towel. Able to use it as counter cover when ironing some of the wedding clothes though had to ask for the iron. Overall the experience was fine, especially for the price. Wedding was in Mystic and hotel conveniently located.

It was a large suite and was clean. However, it smelled horrible, like musty. I almost got sick. We had to buy an air freshener. As soon as we entered the hallway, we could smell it. For that reason, I would never stay here again.
