Maisonnette bien orientée
Maisonnette bien orientée et traversante, qui garde un peu de fraicheur appréciée la nuit. Piscine tres appreciable et propre, plage a quelques mètres facile d'accès. Residence tres sympathique et sécurisée. Nous avons passé un tres bon sejour. Le petit bemol : c'est le manque d'un lave vaisselle. Et la laverie automatique n'est pas accessible a pied.

Emplacement idéal, petite maison au calme
nous avons passé de bonnes vacances à Gruissan, l'hébergement était très bien. Les gens sympas dans la résidence. Proximité de la mer idéale.

Prima verblijf
Het is een prima kleine woning op een bungalowpark. Anders dan de advertentie doet vermoeden ligt het niet direct aan zee, het park wel dus je bent in een paar stappen op het strand. De keuken is goed uitgerust. Wij vonden het terras wat karig ingericht met 2 stoelen en een tafel. Lekkere douche. Goed schoongemaakt. Het 2 persoonsbed zakt wat door. Maar dat lijkt niet het matras te zijn maar de lattenbodem. Er viel prima op te slapen. Wij verbleven van 13 mei tot 19 mei en het zwembad was nog leeg. Op zich geen ramp omdat het niet heel warm was maar wel goed om in de advertentie te zetten van wanneer tot wanneer het zwembad gebruikt kan worden

Hmm, geht so
Die Betten sind eine Katastrophe, total durchgelegen und hart. Ein Glück hatte ich wenigstens eigenes Bettzeug mit, mit den klumpigen Bettdecken hätte ich mich nicht zudecken wollen. Die Ausstattung nur minimalst, das Sofa im Wohnzimmer total ungemütlich. Im Winter keinerlei Sonne, weder vorne noch hinten auf der Terrasse. Schade, zu dem Preis hätten wir besseres bekommen können.

Schönes Ferienhaus in toller Lage
Das Ferienhaus liegt in der Ferienanlage Les Mers Du Sud. Diese befindet sich direkt am Meer. Vor dem Ferienhaus befindet sich direkt der gepflegte Pool. Das Ferienhaus war sehr sauber und alle benötigten Dinge waren vorhanden. Wir verbrachten dort 14 Tage mit zwei Kinder (8 Jahre und 10 Jahre).

Schöne Unterkunft sauber und super gelegen
Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, super gelegen und entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Ist in jedem Fall zu empfehlen, jedoch sehr klein. Für 2 Erwachsene ausreichend, mit 2 kleinen Kindern gehts auch noch. Es war ein rundum schöner Urlaub.

die Einrichtung ist extrem einfach und das Haus ist sehr eng. Von den bezahlten 10 Tagen haben wir nur eine Nacht in dem Haus verbracht. Unter Pemiumanbieter hatten wir etwas anderes erwartet.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus ganz nah am tollen Strand
Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön in einer gepflegten Anlage mit viel Grün und ganz nah am Meer gelegen Man kann auf der Terrasse gemütlich entspannen, der Pool ist nicht weit und die Kinder und wir haben das Meer, den nahen Sandstrand mit feinem Sand sowie den Pool und die lauen Abende auf der Terrasse genossen. Alles was man zum Kochen und Wohnen braucht, war im Haus vorhanden. Ein sehr schöner Urlaub, wir kommen gerne wieder

Super Lage in Gruissan, sehr freundlich
Das Haus liegt direkt am Strand und ist komfortabel eingerichtet. Im Winter genügt die kleine mobile Heizung. Die Vermieter sprechen deutsch und sind sehr freundlich, ebenso die Kontaktperson vor Ort. Toll!

Très mauvaises vacances! Plus jamais!
Difficultés pour trouver la maison dans la résidence, plan envoyé 2 jours avant le départ , c’est la que nous nous sommes aperçus que la maison était loin de la mer!J’avais précisé avoir des problèmes de marche, la maison était soit disant à 10 m de la plage, ha oui en effet , accès pas une descente en cailloux glissants!!!, piscine inaccessible puisque pas de marches, il faut faire au moins 800 m de marche dans le sable pour apercevoir enfin la mer! Impossible pour moi! J’ai donc passé 2 semaines dans la maison à ne pas pouvoir sortir. Cette publicité est mensongère ! À 10 minutes de la plage ok mais par des cailloux et 800 m de plage avant la mer! Droit à la Piscine 1 h / jour ! Je ne louerai plus jamais avec abritel

non conformité de l'annonce et manque de ponctualité.
Le logement ne possède qu'une chambre, la dimension des lits est non conforme. La literie est basique. Equipements de la cuisine sont minimums et disparates, pas d'essoreuse à salade; Prix trop élevé par rapport aux prestations.

Jolie petite maison pour 4 personnes (2 adultes et 2 adolescents) ou plus, tout équipé, mer très proche accès à la plage en 30 secondes, commerces également à proximité. Possibilité de déplacement en vélo. Parfaitement correspondant à nos critères.

Schönes Appartment unmittelbar am Strand
Appartement ist gut eingerichtet und in schöner ruhiger Lage direkt ggü einem Pool und nur weniger Meter entfernt von einem breiten Sandstrand. Wenn das Meerwasser mal etwas kälter ist kann man in der warmen Lagune schwimmen (ebenfalls in Laufnähe). Sehr empfehlenswert und alles so wie im Internet beschrieben.

Schöne, solide Unterkunft direkt am Meer und Pool
Wir (Familie mit Kindern) waren in 2017 nun zum zweiten Mal in diesem Domizil. Alles ist exakt so wie in der Objektbeschreibung dargestellt. Das Eckhaus ist klein, bietet aber ausreichend Schlafplätze und alles Notwendige ist vorhanden. Schön sind die beiden Terrassen, vorne gibt es zum Frühstück Sonne und hinten, nach einem Strandtag, kann man ganz relaxed die letzten Sonnenstrahlen des Vortages einfangen. Die Anlage in der das Haus sich befindet ist sehr sauber, es gibt einige Dauerbewohner und im großen und ganzen ist es sehr ruhig, auch wenn in den Ferien einige Kinder umhertoben. Herauszuheben ist einfach die Nähe zum Meer, nach 30 Meter ist am am megabreiten Strand, bis vorne ans Meer sind es dann noch ein paar Meter mehr. Dort kann man sich entscheiden: nach links in den Trubel oder nach recht in die Einöde. Einfach toll. Aufgrund der (zeitweise starken) Winde, wird es nie zu heiß. Sonnen- oder Windschutz empfiehlt sich aber auf jeden Fall. Wir waren gerne dort und haben einen schönen Urlaub verbracht.
