Overall a good experience. The staff is friendly, but not always prompt. The room is basic, but a good place to spend our trip in Guadalajara

This place was great! Very comfortable, cute and the staff was very helpful and kind. There are two restaurants in the same building that have excellent coffee and friendly staff. There are many restaurants at walking distance. I would definitely stay again.

Charming Hotel
Charming little boutique hotel with a great vibe in a great neighbourhood! Tastefully decorated throughout and a nice little breakfast/cafe below. We will be back.

It was beautiful! I was under the impression that they had a restaurant, but that’s not the case - there is one outside of the hotel. But yeah it was nice, if a bit pricey!

Scam - not hotel advertised, insecure and dirty!
The hotel shown and described is NOT what you get. You will check in at the described hotel but then walked across the road and placed in inferior accommodation. - One window could not be locked (or completely shut) and was easily accessible from the outside making this an unsafe room - window in bathroom had towel wipes stuck over holes to stop ppl on the shared balcony looking in (see photo) which is disgusting - doors have huge gaps which allows ppl to easily look in (see photos) - no tub as advertised - towels dirty and stained - only one blanket that was woolen and appeared to have not been washed. In addition, the location is incredibly noisy with a club next door and ppl in the hostel partying loudly until 3:30am and appears to be an unsafe location. I checked in at midnight so was forced to spend one night out immediately found another hotel for my remaining nights. Ridiculous scam. Expedia should remove this hotel immediately due to false advertising.

Nice quiet inn in great location.
Casas Bruselas is a small boutique hotel in two converted houses. I felt comfortable, the neighborhood was great, quiet and family oriented with shops and great restaurants in easy walking distance. There is a mibici stand just 2 blocks away for bike rental. I enjoyed my stay and have booked another few nights next month. The room I choose was smaller than I would have preferred, but that's on me; they had larger rooms for a few dollars more (my booking next month is in a larger room and cost me $2/night more. After staying at another larger hotel in the city, I appreciate the quiet street with no barking dogs or fireworks and you will too. Ubers are easy to get and take you where you want to go.

Muy buen servicio, las instalaciones son muy bonitas y bien cuidadas, la habitación muy cómoda, y el hotel está muy bien ubicado.Es para todos los gustos, hay variedad para los jóvenes, está ubicado muy cerca de la zona de bares y vida nocturna, también para los adultos, está muy centrico, y puedes disfrutar del blvd. Vallarta o Juárez caminando. Muy recomendado.
