Awesome experience
It was an amazing trip and the best part of it is the honesty and care from this staff. Angeles is a caring lady and is always catering to your requests with breakfast. She reminded me of my own mom and treated like it.

Por ser cliente Expedia VIP debimos recibir una botella por cuarto, pero nunca las recibimos. La gerente nos dijo que nos había mandado un plato de carnes frías y tampoco llegó. Dos habitaciones tenían el aire acondicionado malo, a una de ellas mandaron un técnico a arreglarlo y tampoco funcionó. Dos dias durmiendo pésimo, al hacer el check out me volví a queja y me dieron un pequeño descuento, no suficiente por no haber dormido. No lo recomiendo

I could write a book about my stay. In a few words, here is my comment: The hotel is well located if you are going to the EXPO area (just 5 minutes away), staff tries to be friendly at all times, food is ok and at reasonable prices, but the room and its general conditions, plus the services for inside the room and what they deliver are really not what I expected at all. I will noy go into the details, because I do not want to harm the hotel ( Other Fiesta Inn that I have been to, in other Mexico´s cities, have been a good choice ), but mainly, after my 4 nite stay and all that happend to me as a guest, next time I am in town, (which in my case is very frequent), I will for sure try my luck spending my nites somewhere else.
