To begging with for the car parking when you arrived outside of the hotel they have a valet parking person and as soon as you park there immediately greeted you with instructions on what to do very nice , excellent customer service will go back next time .

There are very little amenities in the room. Their bed sheets are like sand paper. The iron and iron board are old. No paper and pen to write. No coffee pot in the room.

Would not recommend.

First floor room looked out on central patio that was above window level. Bottom half of window was blank wall, top half bottom of chairs on terrace. Canceled my subsequent reservation for one night a week later. Though canceled within the no penalty window I was billed for the stay, something I am now disputing. Plus is central location near cathedral.

Es un hotel enclavado en el centro de Guadalajara. A corta distancia de muchas atracciones. El servicio es excelente. Personal amable y servicial. El costo es justo. Recomendado!

Excelente ubicación, el staff muy amable. No es muy lujoso ni mucho menos y me parece que la habitación podría tener un poco más de iluminación, pero para el precio está súper bien este hotel. Super recomendado si se quieren quedar en el centro de Guadalajara y a un muy bien precio
