I love the hotel Genova Centro because of the friendly workers and it's managers and staff's and the security are well aware of people that come in and out. The building is a little getting old And it needs more maintenance but the quality of the building and it's locations is plus for a travelers. Thank you for the great time I staying in the Hotel Genova Centro, more power and more business to come, thank you!!!!!!

The hotel was very nice and cozy people were very friendly and nice. The ambiance was great and comfortable. The surrounding are was a bit noisy and a lot of traffic but then again it’s LA. Many convenient places to dine and easy transportation .

It felt safe to walk around (I am Hispanic 6 foot), and they suggested a great restaurant called La Chata de Guadalajara, where I went twice to enjoy their pozole. The hotel is great for the price, but it can get a little noisy if your room is near the main road. Still, I was able to sleep just fine. The staff is very friendly and made me feel comfortable, even when I arrived from a red-eye flight at 6 a.m. They were able to check me in by 11 a.m., which was really nice.
