The staff gave the room to another customer while we were there. It was very scary to have a complete stranger trying to get in our room while we were asleep. We had an awful experience!

Shuttle service absolutely terrible, twice I tried to reserve a ride and was told had to wait 3 hours if I wanted one. Also a note in room states toiletries available if needed, receptionist said they had none.
