Great hotel wonderful staff
Our check-in was quick and friendly. Self park isn’t available but valet service is quick and friendly as well. Our room was well appointed with a sofa, chairs and a small table to eating. I was in town to have a surgery so the comfort as very much appreciated as well as the quiet nature of the hotel. Breakfast at the hotel is plentiful and delicious. The staff at all points of the property was truly great. We would be happy to stay again anytime.

Hotel was very clean. Facilities in excelent condition. The only drawback is that this hotel lacks a heating system. I was able to get two extra blankets so it was OK.

Didn't get the wine. I had to ask for it the next day and they just gave me a tiny bottle of wine, not even glasses. The cleaning in the room was not great. No lotion, no towels, not properly clean. Disappointed

Las personas que atienden enfrente son muy despotas. Ademas de hacer cargos no autorizados con el pretexto de asegurar la reservación. Una vez que me dieron la habitación, vuelven hacer el cargo total. Que espere me regresen el primer cargo. En vez de cobrar solo el resto del monto.

Disappointed in hotel and 9.3 rating on Expedia, we expected more than what the hotel offered. Our room 104 had slanted floors, uncomfortable bed and moldy shower with no shower curtain. Only 4 hangers provided. No refrigerator and no ice machine. We had to ask staff for ice and leave our food in their refrigerator. The maid service arrived after 3 pm. Our room was only done one time in 4 nights. The free breakfast was cold every morning. In particular the eggs, pancakes and waffles. The front desk staff were not friendly. There were only 2 staff members who were excellent. Andrea was very friendly and extremely helpful to us when we had questions. Andrea deserves a raise! Esteban the bell boy was always helpful to us when we were in the lobby. He was very nice. We travel often and decide based upon reviews. The hotel is an older hotel and not what we expected. Extremely disappointed.

The hotel was okay . Best part was the breakfast and parking . As well as near by shopping malls. However the staff had a very serious vibe. Only happy staff were the valet . Also there was a lot of noise 3 out of 5 night which was kinda scary in the hotel .

Mejorar limpieza de baños
El hotel en general bien, el detalle estuvo en que se había agotado el shampoo y las juntas de los azulejos de la ducha tenía mucho moho, esto lo reporte a la jefa de amas de llaves y en recepción, sin embargo al regresar a la habitación luego de estar todo el día afuera nos encontramos todo en las mismas condiciones, tampoco limpiaron la cafetera ni recargaron el kit de café. A mi salida reporté en recepción el hecho de que no se atendió la situación.
