Terrible customer services from the front desk; if people don’t want to work with people they should get reassigned to another department; there was only one gentleman, very respectful and polite. Everyone one else, they need training even the managers;

The hotel was rebuilding the lower floors so sometimes you can hear the noise. In top of that only the service elevator was working, sometimes it took a bit to go up or down. Once they are done with construction I think it would be a great place to stay.

There were some staff very rude, due to the fact I had my reservation through Expedia The customer services was terrible, unprofessional If they’re having a bad day take a walk, do not take on the guest. Also problems with the elevator and i requested to upgrade my room and pay the difference, they refused

El hotel estaba bajo construcción y los trabajadores empezaban muy temprano, había mucho ruido. Para ir a la alberca tienes que pasar por el restaurante, cosa no me gustaba mucho. Todo lo demás está muy bien.
