Love staying the the Tapatio! Only problem this time was the front desk could not find my reservation from Expedia. Took over 45 minutes of waiting and also having the online chat assisting from Expedia until they finally found my reservation. Now the older gentleman bellhop was excellent, when the fan in room was not working he called maintenance over immediately. Then when he saw it wasn’t going to get fixed, he spoke to front desk and got me a new room. Granted In the end Tapatio took care of the room issue and was excellent. Just suggest they find a new way to reach out for help with Expedia instead of having people wait.

This hotel has a great view . The location at first seems good , but driving in and out can be a challenge . The rooms are very spacious , but they are very 70’s . Nothing wrong with that , but it could use an update . The service is top notch . Would recommend with some caveats .

Property on the outside is very beautiful. Front desk staff at check in was great. The inside the rooms need a lot of updates. The carpet needs more cleaning, we only had 2 shower towels we call to ask for more and they took more time than usual to be delivered.

Property is old but in acceptable conditions. The rooms are old, long overdue for major remodeling. I found a cockroach in my room. Swimming pool was slightly dirty with debris, could be cleaned first thing in the mornings. Also swimming pool tiles are falling, basically, pool needs a remodel. The only thing i liked was the location and all the exterior areas.

No AIR CONDTIONING was given a fan and then told to sleep w the patio door open, mosquitoes rampant and had my 2 children w me, then was told by front desk, AC wasnt working, then told that because the discoteque at night was open, it pulled too much electricity, save your money, do not!!’ Stay here, not a bit of effort to correct anything
