The place was very clean and the staff is very friendly. My only concern is that they don’t have the emergency exits working properly. There are 2 emergency exits per floor but one of them was always locked and the other one did not open properly. To me is a major concern in the event of a fire

The whole hotel overall is great, mattress was very squeaky, I wish my bed was more firm as well, it’s was very soft, maybe that’s why it was a bit squeaky.
