Great new hotel right in the center of Guanajuato! Brand new amenities and nice pool in the basement. My only and biggest complain is that they didn’t provide any assistance finding parking… it took me over one hour to find a place to park and driving around Guanajuato is not an easy task

Do Not Stay Here. There’s an open air club across the street blasts window shaking/ear rattling music until 4am. 3 of us each booked street facing suites, which were not cheap, and after 2 nights of no sleep we ate the cost for the last night and left early. Avoid at all costs.

Ask for a room with a view. Ours faced the inside and it was like a small box with no view. Great bathroom given size of room. The room could have been cleaner, but I’m extra picky. It’s in a great area walking distance to the main attractions. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Very very Brand new property! This was an awesome stay with the family. Central located but not in the center which is awesome for the peace and quiet ( of course the occasional callejonada) that passes by through the night but it’s part of the city’s tradition. The pool and the hot tub were open and they were magnificent not many properties have this amenities. The only issue we had and I mean the only issue was the hot water not working, other than that everything else was perfect. Location, amenities and staff 10 out 10, i definitely will come back to Casa Kloster when around Guanajuato city.

First, you get what you pay for. And here, the service was excellent, as everyone one of our few requests were met with a smile and an alacrity toward fulfilling them. Our room was beautiful, very clean, and thoughtfully appointed. In terms of location, it's right where you want to be if you enjoy outdoor dining and entertainment. But far enough away to be able to shut out the sounds of the evening behind your hotel room door. We plan to stay there again, for sure!

Gem in Centro
Elegant and refined restoration of fine historic architecture. Our first room had no window which was disconcerting but staff assisted in an upgraded room. Beautiful breakfast at additional modest charge. No bar or other food service. Lack of English speaking staff was cumbersome. Spa like pool not suitable for real swimming and no fitness center (yet). This is a very recent srart up that I trust will much improve with time and experience.
