The sales manager tried to charge me with $2500 Pesos that I never agreed or even informed Talked to her she was rude and disrespectful.after a harsh discussion she finally removed them I will not recommend this hotel

Mouldy carpet, smells like humidity. We were given a room which hadn’t been clean, even if we checked in after 5pm. The staff were kind but looked overworked. Blanket was stained with red lipstick. Bathroom was dirty. This hotel is way below Holiday Inn standards. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here unless you are absolutely desperate for a place outside of downtown Guanajuato.
