The staff is excellent. Very attentive. They are helpful especially Ana. If you have questions they are exceptional. The location is perfect and if you plan to only visit Guanajuato no need for a rental as everything is walking distance from the hotel. The ambience around is perfect.

I really liked the convenience of the hotel. It was clean and comfortable. It’s beautiful to see everything going on in the plaza. Definitely an active, celebratory area at night. It can get a bit noisy after midnight.
