Yuo have to leave the car in a place about 8 minutes walk. Not so safe to walk during the night

Fantastic hotel located at the periphery of Guanajuato center. Taxis are abundant to get downtown for. Avery reasonable price and the hotel has parking within walking distance.

we were there for one night, parking is like a 5 minute hike to their other location, we’re ok walking but it’s up the hill too so keep in mind if someone has health issues. Beds were a little hard.

The air conditioner does not cool the room off at all and the tv was only in spanish and they took the settings off to change it to English so i had no tv for 5 days and i guess there was nothing i could do about it i called expedia to see if they can help and nothing so i got nothing in return

The worker who took us to our room forgot to tell us how to turn the ac on. The shower was not working but I was already in and didn't want to get out to let them know. Overall though, the staff was friendly and helpful.
