Could be better
The place was difficult to find since there was no sign for the place other than the building number. The lobby was a small area. The young lady at the front desk had an attitude about everything. Had to wait to check in even though it was already past the check-in time. No hot water after the first night. Asked them for towels to be changed and we were told that they would have to be washed and couldn’t have them right away. What place does not have extra towels for guests?

They missed our multiple booking requirement
FIrstly, I have to say it's a nice and economical option to stay in Guanajuato. The location is nice as well. We booked 2 rooms in one reservation. When we arrived there, however, a female staff told us she's got only one reservation for one room and therefore she couldn't give us 2 rooms and tried to give us the other room in another hotel. We tried showing her our booking records but she said she doesn't understand English. We thought since you chose to cooperate with an international booking company the language couldn't be an exucse. We asked her to show us what she got and saw "Multiple booking". Anyway, she gave us 2 rooms finally.

Las instalaciones del hotel son muy sucias, incomodas, no funcionales y demasiado caras. La habitacion de $2,200 pesos acaso era de una superficie de 12m2(incluido el baño).

El hotel se encuentra en muy buena ubicación, a lado del hotel se encuentra un bar y por tal motivo toda la música se escucha en las habitaciones durante la noche. Es una buena opción si deseas estar solo por un fin de semana y salir a pasear durante todo el día, el personal es muy amable.

Es un hotel con una excelente ubicación, lamentablemente las instalaciones no son lonque esperaba, sin embargo para un viajero de mochilazo que no busque lujos, está muy bien. En lo personal me pareció un precio elevado por noche para la calidad del hotel. Hay muchas cosas que pueden mejorar

El peor hotel que he visto, desde el inicio me querían cambiar a otro hotel al igual a otras personas que llegaron a la misma hora que nosotros, me puse exigente para que respetara la confirmación, tuve que hablar a expedía y la sorpresa mayor es la habitación de mala muerte jabón del baño ya usado din champoo, sucia con grillos, cajón de la cómoda chorreada, puedo enviarles fotos con costo de $2,123.00 no es cierto del desayuno no tienen restaurante ojalá puedan visitarlo, sugiero que me reintegren mi dinero es un fraude. Verifiquen se queman como empresa

muy mala experiencia
Hola, mi experiencia fue la siguiente: Me parecio exageradamente caro para lo que el hotel ofrece, pague 133usd, estoy consciente que fue un sabado durante el festival cervantino y que la temporada es alta. Nos dieron una habitacion en la terraza con puerta de lamina (adjunto la foto) daba la impresion de estar en un lugar no muy limpio, las gradas son pequeñas para subir a la terraza, la regadera y el inodoro del baño no tiene seperador de abajo por lo que el agua salpicaba en todo el baño, en la habitacion pegaba muchisimo el aire y se escuchaba demasiada bulla, el wifi fue pesimo. Si me hubieran cobrado 30usd en temporada alta pues no me estaria quejando pero pague 133usd, y por 80usd-100usd me he hospedado en Guanajuato en hoteles muy buenos. Si vas a pagar mas de 20usd en este hotel pues no te lo recomiendo.

Mala experiencia
Llegue a las 2:30 pm y la entrada es a las 3:00 pm, regresamos a las 3:30 pm y está un solo muchacho, no estaba lista la habitación, no tenían papel sanitario en ese momento fue a comprar a una tienda, no tenían disponible mi esposa duro como 20 minutos en el baño esperando papel sanitario, falta de seriedad de los dueños jamás volvería a llegar.
