The hotel is great and well located near one of the most beautiful places from Guanajuato. You can wall to the Juarez Theater, the University of Guanajuato and other points of interest.

Unbeatable location, cleanliness, service quality and historical significance of the building. Delicious breakfast and great service. A bit crowded over the weekends, but just relax and take your time, after all it's part of the vacation experience.

This was perfect for families as there was a loft with 2 additional beds. It's very noisy on the weekends, but that's no fault of the hotel, just the location, so bring ear plugs.

Property, location, and service was excellent. Breakfast was OK. Great location but it will be loud in the evening as you are in the center of town. I took Uber in from San Miguel de Allende and didn’t realize it was banned in Guanajuato so I couldn’t get Uber out. Hotel ride service was horrible. They keep delaying and increasing the price and adding service fees! They were 3x the price of Uber and price is fixed across all companies - taxi, rideshare, hotel service, etc (which would have been good to know in advance)! I ended my stay waiting to come back, then after the taxi fiasco I just couldn’t wait to get out of Guanajuato trap. I doubt I will ever return.

The hotel is located in the center of the city. Perfect for a couple or family trip in a very beautiful area. Staff is very friendly and always willing to help in all they can. The breakfast buffet is delicious and filling.

Absolutely loved the hotel great breakfast Buffet and very clean parking was horrible but you have available transportation and staff is very helpful my recommendation is do not take a car rental ! Everything is walking distance!
