I strongly recommend this hotel. The staff are friendly, they are well trained. They really went out of their way to assist. My compliments to the management team and staff for such a well-run establishment. This is truly home away from home.

I recently celebrated my birthday at Langham Place, and I must say, it was an incredible experience! The hotel boasts very modern architecture, making it a visually stunning place to stay. Everything was impeccably clean, and the overall ambiance was inviting. The food was delightful—each meal I had was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. The hotel had a lovely scent that enhanced the overall atmosphere, making it feel even more luxurious. What truly touched me was how the staff made my birthday special. They surprised me with a cake and sang a heartfelt birthday song, which made the occasion unforgettable. In the evenings, we enjoyed live music at the bar, which added a nice touch of animation to our nights. However, I did find the spa services a bit overpriced. A massage cost $300, and while it was nice, it didn’t feel particularly special for the price. Overall, I would definitely recommend Langham Place. The combination of excellent service, great food, and a beautiful setting made my birthday celebration truly memorable! Christel handal

Perfect Hotel for Canton Fair.
Perfect for Canton Fair. Easy access by crossing the street to 15A entrance (2 minute walk) cleanliness, class, beauty, service and comfort were all perfect. Great choice of restaurants within hotel. Buffet breakfast was perfect too. My only nitpick is the room airconditing which stayed at 21-22 degrees celsius despite being set to 18. But I still slept great. I would come back for sure

We checked in after 2am. At check in the staff reconfirmed that one room was for double and another was for triple. When we went into the room, the room for triple sharing did not have an extra bed, nor were the amenities setup for 3 people. When we called for an extra bed, the staff told us that we've to pay extra for for an extra bed. We were too tired to argue and just accepted and decided to fix the issue the next day. Thankfully the front desk clarified in the morning that we didn't have to pay for the extra bed. However, for a 5 start hotel with a good reputation, this kind of miscommunication/misunderstanding is unacceptable. Also, the room should have already been setup for 3 people without us having to request. Hence the 4 out of 5 star rating. Otherwise everything else was great. Nice buffet spread, decent gym and spa, and and timely and efficient room makeup.
