Good rooms, although lack of any English instructions on how to use the washing machine would be a simple thing to provide. 3 stars based on 2 things 1) shower - very hot setting is dangerously hot. Unless they imagine guests want to use the shower water instead of boiling a kettle it's an accident waiting to happen ( or has already happened) 2) Breakfast - The combo of stale bakery items and the world's worst toaster was a poor combo. During Canton fair week they really should have done better.

Great place to stay for canton fair, good breakfast, have a shuttle to the fair...(first come first serve tho)....the only draw back to this hotel is the WIFI is terrible. They need extenders around the hotel. The wifi was pretty much non existent in my room sigh. Otherwise great hotel.

We had an amazing weekend at this property. The attention from Rain was the best we have received, even including 5 star properties all over the world. His personal attention to all details including organizing our day, transportation and meals was impeccable. The property is relaxing and located inside the national park with beautiful views. The staff and all very courteous and willing to help. We were taken to the park and picked up each day, making the trip seamless, the entrance is only a few minutes away making it easy to explore and come back early enough to enjoy the hotel or have lunch onsite. The food in the restaurant is very good and the menu has a good variety of options. Thank you again Rain for making this such a special trip for us. If you are looking for a personalized experience to explore Zhangjiajie National Park; this is the place for you.
