The hotel truly shines in cleanliness and amenities, making our stay exceptional. Our room offered a stunning river view from a high floor, and its prime location made exploring the area a breeze. Although we encountered a minor issue during check-in, it did not lessen our overall enjoyment. A special shout-out to Horace, the bellboy, whose assistance with our luggage made our visit even more enjoyable. We can’t wait to return next time!

The executive room is nice with a king size bed and roomy washroom, clean, comfort, and elegant. The only downsize is that you may still smell the sense of burning cigarette on the non-smoking floor. Hotel staff provided sincere apologies but they didnt seem be able to fix the issue on a timely manner. It’s either the issue of the building structure or the fine of smoking cigarette.

I had a great experience staying at the white swan hotel. It’s famous for the interior view and the restaurants. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Don’t hesitate to book a room here.

I was very disappointed with the lack of toiletries. No shampoo, conditioner or body lotion was provided. Only one small piece of soap for two people. A hotel of this price should not cheapen itself over petty items. It spoilt what would have been a perfect score.

We stayed here with my parents (who grew up in this city) and my kids. The hotel accommodated two adjoining rooms for us, with river views. We loved the beautiful property, pool, spa area, modern touches. The staff members were exceptional. Because it's on an island, the only thing that was inaccessible was public transportation, but taxis are very easy to get and the staff is helpful with that.
