The property is great. Nice and quiet very premium facilities and the property is beautiful but it is on the beach and the beach is muddy the water is dark and smells like runoff very disappointed me and my wife because we were really looking forward to have our own private beach. Big let down despite the beautiful resort

Ambiente tranquilo, personal súper amable, serviciales y responden muy rápido a cualquier petición. Excelente atención en el área del restaurante y muy buena comida. Las áreas verdes hermosas y todo muy limpio. Mejoraría con un tipo de mattress más acolchonado y mayor oferta gastronómica además de tener qdisponible comer en un salón cerrado con aire acondincionado con el calor y los pajaros a veces no es muy placentero el área de comida. El reataurante con salón cerrado solo abre para la cena y no toda la semana.

Property was overpriced for the offerings. Trips to Guilligan Island cost 80$ per person even when the trip starts at noon. Restaurant options are very limited. Dining at Las Palmas was terrible, took us 1 hr and 36 min to receive starters and a cup of water. Food was received cold. Too many people to attend in relation to the unprepared staff and management. Look for other options if you want to enjoy your trip.
