There was nothing to like. We had booked an evening meal but were told the restaurant was closed. We were on a cycling holiday and had no access to a car in order to find a restaurant after a hard days ride. We ended up at a supermarket buying bread and cheese at to top it all it was raining.The staff were unhelpful and offhand. Breakfast was nothing to shout home about with toast, dried croissants and old biscuits. The coffee which we had to wait for was horrible.

Buenos días, Cuando llegue al hotel está cerrado y llevaba varios meses cerrado. Solicitó la devolución del dinero, de lo contrario lo denunciare en consumidores. No entiendo como se puede dar una reserva y cobrarla cuando el hotel se encuentra cerrado. Viajamos en moto y menos mal que llegamos a la 19:00 horas y nos dio tiempo de encontrar otro hotel, pero si llegamos más tarde que tenemos que dormir en la calle. Un saludo

Hotel pequeño, sencillo, agradable, con bonito jardín, aparcamiento, muy limpio, personal muy educado, atento y agradable. Desayuno bufet con lo impresncidible, pero todo bueno. Los baños no disponen de secador de pelo, pero si se pide en recepción te prestan un secador de mano sin coste. En resumen, buena estancia y hotel recomentdable.

No apto para invierno. No funcionaba la calefacción en la habitación ni en el baño. Sin embargo en los pasillos y el vestíbulo hacia muy buena temperatura. Así que después de avisar hasta 3 veces en recepción, tuvimos que dormir con los polares puestos porque no hubo solución por parte del hotel. El resto bien, ubicación, limpieza, desayuno. Así que en una temporada que no sea necesario la calefacción perfecto, pertenece con temperaturas bajo cero en el exterior...........

El hotel, francamente bien. La limpieza y estado de las habitaciones: excelente. La ubicación, buena, ya que aunque está algo alejado del centro de Guardo y hay que desplazarse en coche, es un sitio tranquilo y agradable. El personal bien, excepto el encargado de recepción, con el que tuvimos un problema: pagamos por Expedia la totalidad del precio por adelantado. Llegamos y nos dieron la habitación: una suite que era lo que habíamos reservado, con 2 camas en lugar de una, pero bien. Al día siguiente, a la hora de comer no llamó el encargado de recepción para decirnos que nuestra habitación no nos correspondía pues la tenían reservada desde hace un mes a otros Sres. Que había habido un error por parte de Expedia y que teníamos que irnos "por las buenas". Que nos ofrecían devolvernos el importe proporcional de una noche y las otras dos nos habían buscado un alojamiento en Velilla del Río Carrión, a 8 Km., en un Bar-Hostal de muy inferior categoría. Le dije que si no era de igual o mejor categoría, que nos nos íbamos a ir. Me amenazó diciéndome que ésta solución era "por las buenas", a lo que yo le pregunté que ¿cómo era entonces "por las malas"?. El Sr. en cuestión no me respondió y me pidió que nos fuéramos. Después de pensarlo, le contesté que no nos íbamos a ir. Que ya teníamos pagado el precio en su totalidad por adelantado a Expedia y que el problema era suyo, no mío. Que yo era un tercero de buena fe y que no tenía por qué soportar inconvenientes de su mala organización.
