There was no presence of management. When I needed assistance, there was no magenta for 2 days? Not acceptable! Bartenders kept serving their regulars and would skip me constantly. Never coming back here.

I love the fact that it's right right at Paseo Cayala, and once you park you don't have to leave the premises to have a great time, all the restaurants and bars are around walkable area, and the staff at AC Marriott are always pleasant and accommodating

At the moment (Dec 2024) there’s construction going on in the building next door. That caused noise. For $250 the room was a bit tight in space and our view from the window was a brick wall of a building next door. Got a room here only because of the surrounding shops and restaurants. Also a safe area (zone 16) to be in compared to the rest of Guatemala City.
