I really enjoyed my stay at the Clarion Suites Guatemala. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable of the surrounding areas and what they offered. The hotel is starting to show its age and could use an either new carpeting or tile in the common areas. Not a big concern, but an observation.

The property is in an excellent location , walkable , safe , staff not friendly , just doing their job , the hotel needs some improvement , it’s old and carpet smells . The elevators are extremely slow . Specially when they had events and only 2 slow elevators . Rooms were spacious , my only problem was that for a 4 star hotel it did not provide with a mini refrigerator , and our drinks got warm very fast . My
