We had a great time at the Tikal Futura. The hotel was beautiful and the staff were friendly and very accommodating. I would highly recommend anyone going to Guatemala City to stay at the Tikal.

This is a great Hotel! I love staying here. With the exception of one person everybody in every area of the hotel were great, very friendly, and accommodating to our every need. The breakfast buffet is fantastic. The pool and spa area rare great, very clean, a d makes one very relaxed. My family and I were doing some business in May and in November of this year and on both ocasiona, they were helpful in recommending places for a few specific needs. We also had a few meetings in the hotel and the small conference room meet our needs. The best part for us was the business lounge area in the afternoon/evening. It was nice to have a more private place to have dinner and relaxed and the Josselyn the server at the business lounge went above and beyond for me and my family. I will stay here again!

I loved staying at this hotel! The Executive/Business reservation is great! The breakfast buffet is fantastic and the snacks and drinks at the lounge is excellent. The service staff is fantastic anywhere that we went through the facilities. The amenities are great: swimming pool, spa/sauna.

I really enjoy the stay. There was very safe place to stay nice. Very good customer service. Their rules were big enough very clean nice neat outstanding. The only thing that was not convenient. Was so much traffic just to go in but everything else was perfect.
