Great hotel with very comfortable beds. Delicious Breakfast. Sonia in the 2nd floor dining room was awesome, she was very attentive and welcoming. I will be staying here again the next time I am in Guatemala.

Great for one or two nights top
Good hotel for one or two nights. We stayed one night so it was okay for what we needed the room. No spa or massages available and restaurant needs a bit more attention and liveliness.

The pool look good on picture but not impressed in person. The staff is very nice but the overall look of the property and the restaurant is ok….it’s a Holliday Inn so I did not expect much anyway.

Bad plumbing too much noise
This a recycled building the plumbing didn’t work well. I was in a room where the sink didn’t work and when I reported it to the front desk, instead of switch me to a different room they sent a plumber at midnight, that was just the beginning. There’s a club across the street that plays loud music until 2am. The noise was so loud the glass over the table was shaking
