good place to stay for short trip

Spacious room, lots of green areas, professional, helpful staff. The AC didnt cool, and room had windows, but didnt open. It was stuffy inside. Water takes a long time to heat up.

Quiet area, basic hotel with pretty gardens

It's my third time staying here, each time in very different rooms/comfort level. This one had two large steps connecting the bedroom to the bathroom, making it tricky at night to remember to climb down. Internet was not working, but front desk staff was very helpful and efficient. The water takes a while to warm up. The restaurant could benefit from a big overhaul. The doorknobs are too loud and so automated that it sounds like somebody is opening the door when it is the room across the hall. The hotel hallways need to be better insulated for noise.

I used to stay in the past in this Hotel and really enjoyed. I have noticed that the quality has decreased tremendously. On the top of this, We did not have TV cable and good internet connection.

Great property. Used it for close proximity to the airport. Clean and safe. Just don’t eat at their roof restaurant. Probably worst food I ate in awhile. Definitely is the worst meal in Guatemala

Muy linda la propiedad. Sin embargo, el check out era a las 12pm y nos dijeron que teníamos que salir a las 10am porque el hotel tenía un evento privado el siguiente día. Terrible. Aparte que es muy ruidoso.

everything was good, the only thing is that my reservation was for $91 and change and they charge my credit card in local currency and the total was $5 more than the original price. they should allow you to pay in dollar instead or using a higher currency exchange.

The hotel was very pretty and perfect for our quick stay in the city before we went on to explore Guatemala. The staff were very nice and helpful, and helped us with the hotel transfer and a ride to the bus station in the morning. The room was lovely and very clean. We had an amazing dinner at a restaurant that was only a couple of blocks away. We would stay again.

Me dijeron q el taxi al aeropuerto era free estábamos a 4 minutos y se cobraron de mi tarjeta mas de 88 dolares americanos sin mi autorización, una estafa x algo q era gratis ,ademas no conconrdaba con la tarifa en caso fuera el caso de vobro x taxi ,asi q para mi agarrar de mi tarjeta algo q estaba incluido es una estafa,asi q llame ami banco a cancelar esa transacción no autorizada
