Room was huge but not sure if that was an upgrade. Nothing mentioned about being upgraded or getting any VIP or other special benefit. It was a 1 bedroom unit but all the building a/c units were in front of the living room area but the bedroom was quiet. The breakfast choices were very limited. I would stay there again.

Safe, comfortable and great breakfast
The stay was comfortable and the breakfast was great. The staff were very friendly and helped us with finding a restaurant nearby. The hotel itself felt very safe and had a great view of the city at night from the jacuzzi in the terrace. The airport shuttle came at an extra cost and it was steep considering how close it was to the airport. That was the only bummer.

Property is amazing!! Everything is just like in the pictures, and staff is friendly. I had one small issues with my airport transportation. I had to schedule it 3 different times including the day of. Once online, once a checkin (with manager present) and once at 4:15 (at checkout). Thankful it didn’t affect my flight.

The suite we paid for, was flooded wit water from some source while we were out. It was an odd situation. Though the staff immediately took care of it, it was definitely not expected in a costly hotel and costlier room. Also, there were frequent blackouts throughout. Great staff service though. Very friendly and they even made us a special breakfast when they learnt that we were vegans. Excellent gesture.

Good locatrion, great views and staff
Helpful staff and a great view of the mountains surrounding the city. Nice hottub on the roof. Oakland Place, Cadejo brewery and Teco Coffee within walking distance. Great breakfast buffet.

The stay was amazing. The rooms were great. I wanted to use the gym but it was under renovation. It would have been nice to know that ahead of time. Hotel service was very accomarating ans the baristas were very friendly and chatty in a good way.

We had a red eye flight home so we booked the room for the day and had a very restful experience before our flight. The staff was super nice, letting us in the room early and accommodating dietary needs at dinner. They are very welcoming. We spent the day in the rooftop hot tub, with views of the erupting volcano, napped in the comfy beds and had great showers. The restaurant was also very good and the place is super clean. Thanks for a great stay! It made our trip home more relaxing.
