It is a house of 60m2 totally new, equipped with air conditioning, terrace, barbecue, WIFI ... everything you need to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. It is located in a closed neighborhood with security and where you can enjoy swimming pool, soccer field, parks (all included). And it is located 700m from the Plaza Tia shopping center.

The house has 2 rooms; all with double bed (140x190), TV, air conditioning in each room, closets and windows very clearly.
The living room is very spacious and bright along with the dining area, has Smart TV (tv with internet), air conditioning, sofa bed for two and table for 6 people.
In the kitchen there is a microwave, refrigerator, stove, dishes, cutlery and cooking utensils.
In the patio (rear area) you will find a built-in barbecue, the laundry area and the washing machine.

Me parece que está ubicada en un lugar que tiene sus ventajas por la seguridad en el área ya que se encuentra en el Norte de la Ciudad. Creo que es importante resaltarlo.

Property itself was ok. Not much complaint. Host however needs to learn how to treat their costumers. Horrible with responding to questions and decided to resolve everything through what’s all when it came time for checkout was absolutely rude. Anyway I payed an extra full day for late checkout which is ok but was completely rude.

Great Location
Very tidy and lovely apartment equipped with everything you need. A good bed and nice bathroom. Maria is a great host and the communication was super easy and quick. She was there via telephone when you needed. Very accommodating and conveniently located and the apartment is very quiet! Would absolutely recommend to stay there!
