Their pickup service is a disappointing. I called one day in advance to arrange the pick up, they had my arrival time and flight number. After I arrived I called them and they blatantly lied to me saying that someone was there with name to pick me up. There was nobody there. After I called again they said that someone was inside already (no such thing). They never sent anyone and they never apologize. Stay somewhere else, this place is unprofessional.

Didn't stay long - arrived very late from a flight and then left early the next day. However, the services from what little I experienced were fine, the staff was very friendly and the room was quite nice - minus the bathroom shower having no door and the tub being tiny. I don't think I received a wakeup call reminder for breakfast and so I missed that also. Would've been nice. Have paid less in other hotels in GYE and received my reminder call before breakfast was over. Water went everywhere! Would definitely rebook.

On the 5th floor I could hear loud music/rhythm until 2:30 am before I fell asleep. Enjoyed the excellent breakfast. All the staff were very polite and helpful.

I booked a room with a city view but didn't get it or any extra vip,after waiting an hour for the receptionist to give me the room, the room was ok without any nice view at all . I do recommend this hotel since is near a huge shopping mall, and supermarket in the same location with the best affordable delicious food, and a movie theater, just for these reasons I might go back or booked in a nearby nice looking hotel as well.
