The hotel is excellent, there are very nice and helpful staffs, they answer questions that we have and give great suggestions which beyond their responses. Hotel is very clean, it’s walkable to Lijiang old town, breakfast is pretty good, we are very happy to stay there

Nice stay in a gorgeous city

Very friendly and kind staff. Quite accommodating. I wish they had a concierge since we speak limited Chinese and wanted a bit more information on local sites. The staff there tried their best and we appreciated them, but could have used a bit more help planning some trips.

A great one night stop over...

A decent sized room that was perfect for my one night stay over before heading to Tiger Leaping Gorge. They also allowed me to leave my suitcase there while I visited the gorge, which made the whole hiking experience less painful. Breakfast was a little Chinese in style but was generally decent.

Amazing Place with great warmth

Amazing - from comfort to food to service et all ; staff was particularly amazing and went out of the way to help; was provided an upgrade on arrival; the car drivers were however not up to the mark. Mr Vince, Mr Phoenix (the Chef), the Travel Guy and the Lady and the Guy at the Bar need special mentioning ; all of them made us feel highly privileged,

Hotel room clean and comfortable Process check in quite long as one group of customer during check in ask too many things Staff should be knew and focus on process check in Others guest just do not want to Q and bypass us Reception should serve who comes first
