The hotel staff was very welcoming, cheerful, friendly and helpful. They did everything they could to make the stay perfect and to accommodate one's wishes. The rooms were clean and spacious and despite being in the middle of the city center the rooms were very quite providing a great nights sleep. The breakfast was plentiful with a huge variety of different food choices catering for a diverse clientele. The hotel was very clean and free tea/coffee and biscuits were provided throughout the day. I strongly recommend this hotel, as we were made to feel at home and we are already looking forward to returning for another stay later on in the year.

Foi a segunda vez que me hospedei neste hotel. Na primeira vez fiquei surpreso e feliz. Desta vez fiquei decepcionado, quarto estava mal cuidado, muito po, na qual atacou tosse alergica. Hotel esta necessitando uam reforma minima.

Schönes Hotel in der Innenstadt
Das Hotel macht einen schönen, leicht urigen Eindruck. Das Personal ist sehr nett und freundlich, auf dem Zimmer gibt es gratis Wasser und Kaffee/Tee. In der Hotellobby kann man ebenfalls gratis Kaffee trinken. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und ansprechend gestaltet. Das Bad ist sauber und macht einen soliden Eindruck. Die Armaturen der Wanne gehören jetzt nicht zu den modernsten, aber es gibt eine Handbrause, einen Duschkopf aus der Wand und einen Hahn für die Wanne. Die Bedienung der Armaturen ist schon etwas sperrig und leicht unkomfortabel, aber händelbar. Die Wanne ist recht flach, aber top, dass es überhaupt eine Wanne gibt! Heutzutage in Hotels keine Gewohnheit mehr. Das Bett ist sehr bequem und sehr sauber. Würde tatsächlich wiederkommen.
